This is our best room for those who like to sleep late since its location keeps the sun from calling too early in the morning.
Another unique feature is the satellite television. This is the only room offering television, though DVD players are available in the other rooms.

This room is all set up for a writer's or study retreat. It's perfect for early risers who like to wake up naturally, with the sun. A sunny, warm, cheerful retreat.

- Table and chairs for in-room dining
- Recliner
- Wood floor, Karastan carpet
Located downstairs for those who don’t do stairs well- Private bath with shower located down the hall
Please bear in mind this is a standard full size, not queen size bed, so you have to really like the other person you room with, because you will become very close, at least at night.
More Information
1 or 2 persons in room. No extra charge for infants.
$20.00 per night per child in room. We ask that extra adults obtain another room.
For kids, we can set up an inflatable bed with special kid linens.
These rates are good all year round, for rodeo days, holidays, weekdays and weekends.
We like to keep life simple.
Check-in is 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Late check-in available with prior arrangement.
Check-out is noon.
